Our Pilates, Yoga classes now include Barre. Our classes are becoming quite popular as people discover our relaxed and tranquil setting. It’s really an ideal place to enjoy a great workout with friends. We welcome everyone of any fitness level. Edie Smigel, our awesome instructor, customizes you workout to suit your ability.
We have added a Thursday evening class since several people wanted to be able to come twice a week.
Classes are held:
Tuesday’s at 8:30 am & 5:30 pm
Thursday’s at 6:00 pm
